Leah M. Halton-Pope - Ellicott District

Majority Leader

Majority Leader Leah Halton-Pope was raised by a working-class family right here in Western New York. She knows that strong communities are safe communities. From sidewalk repair to business district improvements and affordable housing, Leah will fight for fair development in every neighborhood of Ellicott District.

BOLLMAN

Bryan J. Bollman - Lovejoy District

President Pro Tempore

Bryan J. Bollman, currently holding the position of President Pro Tempore in the Buffalo Common Council, boasts over a decade of dedicated public service within the Council and across the City of Buffalo. Throughout his years of service for the residents of Lovejoy and the City of Buffalo, Bryan prides himself on actively collaborating with fellow Council members on various initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall quality of life for the city's residents.

FEROLETO

Joel P. Feroleto - Delaware District

Council Member Joel P. Feroleto represents the Delaware District. He received his Juris Doctor from University at Buffalo Law School and is also an alumnus of Canisius College. Mr. Feroleto has served as legislative aide to two former council members and deputy chief of staff to a NYS Senator. He is a member of the NYS Academy of Trial Lawyers.

RIVERA

David A. Rivera - Niagara District

Council Member David A. Rivera represents the Niagara District. He worked as a Buffalo Police Officer from 1982 to 2008, with duties including patrol officer, a confidential aide to Mayor James Griffin, a detective sergeant in the Sex Offense/Domestic Violence Unit, and a detective sergeant in the General Investigative Unit.

NOWAKOWSKI

Mitch Nowakowski - Fillmore District

Council Member Mitch Nowakowski, representing the Fillmore District, is a community leader with a profound dedication to nurturing the safety and vibrancy of pivotal diverse neighborhoods within his jurisdiction. Council Member Nowakowski represents a diverse district that spans from Allentown to Broadway-Fillmore, from Chippewa to Canalside, and from Cobblestone to Bailey.

GOLOMBEK

Joseph Golombek, Jr. - North District

Council Member Joseph Golombek, Jr. represents the North District. He was born in Riverside and graduated from Riverside High School. Mr. Golombek holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from SUNY Buffalo State and a Master’s Degree in European History from Marquette University. In his spare time, he works as a history professor at Buffalo State College.

EVERHART

Zeneta B. Everhart - Masten District

Zeneta B. Everhart is a Buffalo, New York native born and raised on the East Side of Buffalo. She holds an Associate’s Degree from Villa Maria College, where she studied Liberal Arts – Humanities, graduating in 2008. She then continued her education at Canisius College where she studied TV Production and Interpersonal Communication, graduating in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

WYATT

Rasheed N.C. Wyatt - University District

Council Member Rasheed N.C. Wyatt represents the University District. He earned an A.A.S. in accounting from the Kensington Business Institute in 1986 and a B.S. in business resource development from Medaille College. Mr. Wyatt is a former chief of staff for The Council. He also has extensive professional experience in finance and banking.
